Launched in 2024, our Courier To Northern Ireland division has seen rapid growth throughout 2025. We have been completing weekly routes between the UK mainland and Northern Ireland and are now seeking self employed professionals to complete our Luton van driver jobs in Northern Ireland.
Due to the size of items that we transport, it is essential that you any applicant has access to a Luton Van, preferably with a tail lift to complete collections and deliveries of large items such as mattresses, beds, sofas, bikes and e-bikes, pallets and everything else you can imagine.
We offer generous rates of pay for collections and deliveries between the UK mainland and Northern Ireland and we cover all ferry and accommodation costs.

Same Day Courier & Express Delivery Rates
For Same Day delivery and express courier services, we pay Luton van drivers £1.11 per mile
Multi Drop And Co-Load Rates
For 1-man multi drop in Luton Vans, pay rates start at £39 for a simple delivery up to 100kg. This increase by £39 per 100kg.
For 2-Man multi-drop in Luton Vans, pay rates start at £54 for a simple delivery up to 100kg. This increases by £78 per 100kg.
Additional Costs Are Covered
For deliveries between the UK mainland and Northern Ireland, we cover all ferry costs and hotels when you are on an overnight run.
Regular Routes In Northern Ireland And To UK Mainland
We receive several bookings every week between the UK mainland and Northern Ireland and can provide regular work for van drivers.
Planned Routes & Customer Notifications With Tracking
Our systems will release planned and optimized routes to all drivers. Customers are notified in advance of their delivery and are given live tracking and ETA updates. You just need to follow the routes and deliver the goods.
Van Driver Requirements
Luton Van Or Equivalent
We are seeking Luton vans or lo-loaders to join our fleet in Northern Ireland. These vans offer the greatest capacity for the type of work we offer
Hire Vans Are Acceptable
To accept our van driver jobs in Northern Ireland, you can use hire vans from Enterprise or other hire companies.
Goods In Transit / Hire Or Reward Insurance
Goods in Transit of at least £25,000 is a requirement to accept our van driver jobs in Northern Ireland. We can provide details of providers should you need it.
When using your own vehicle, you must have Hire or Reward insurance in place. We can help you find the right policy.
Having The Correct Equipment
To ensure items are not damaged in transit, all vans must be equipped with the following:
- Removal Blankets (At least 20-30 to cover all items that are collected)
- Ratchet Straps & Bungee Cords to securely transport items. Items must not able to fall over or move around the van
- A trolley to easily move heavy items without damaging the item or sustaining an injusry
- Safety Boots & Hi-Vis Jacket
- Adequate charging cables for phones, satnavs and other equipment
Relevant Experience In A Similar Role
We want all of our van drivers to be successful. We are seeking van drivers and drivers mates who have experience in moving large items, customer service and some transport experience. This job is not difficult, but does require experience.
