Launched in 2025, Nexus Delivery Team consolidated a number of successful transport and courier brands under one umbrella. We have complete daily routes throughout the UK mainland and Northern Ireland and are now seeking self employed professionals to complete our Luton van driver jobs in the UK.
Due to the size of items that we transport, it is essential that you any applicant has access to a Luton Van, preferably with a tail lift to complete collections and deliveries of large items such as mattresses, beds, sofas, bikes and e-bikes, pallets and everything else you can imagine.
We offer generous rates of pay for collections and deliveries throughout the UK mainland and Northern Ireland. We are also expanding to Orkney and the islands of the British Isles.

We offer flexible hours to work around your needs. All we ask is that you can complete the assigned tasks and meet the ferry arrival and departure times.
This is a self employed role where you can set your own hours and notify us of your availability
We offer generous pay rates depending on the jobs we offer and the work you accept. All jobs are available for allocation.
For Same Day delivery and express courier services, we pay Luton van drivers £1.11 per mile
For 1-man multi drop in Luton Vans, pay rates start at £39 for a simple delivery up to 100kg. This increase by £39 per 100kg.
For 2-Man multi-drop in Luton Vans, pay rates start at £54 for a simple delivery up to 100kg. This increases by £78 per 100kg.
For deliveries between the UK mainland and Northern Ireland, we cover all ferry costs and hotels when you are on an overnight run.
We receive several bookings every week between the UK mainland and Northern Ireland and can provide regular work for van drivers.
Our systems will release planned and optimized routes to all drivers. Customers are notified in advance of their delivery and are given live tracking and ETA updates. You just need to follow the routes and deliver the goods.
We are seeking Luton vans or lo-loaders to join our fleet in the UK. These vans offer the greatest capacity for the type of work we offer
To accept our van driver jobs in the UK, you can use hire vans from Enterprise or other hire companies.
Goods in Transit of at least £25,000 is a requirement to accept our van driver jobs in the UK. We can provide details of providers should you need it.
When using your own vehicle, you must have Hire or Reward insurance in place. We can help you find the right policy.

We want all of our van drivers to be successful. We are seeking van drivers and drivers mates who have experience in moving large items, customer service and some transport experience. This job is not difficult, but does require experience.
We are serious about developing our Northern Ireland and Southern Ireland businesses. We will be launching our Courier To Ireland website in the coming months and this will provide further opportunities for van drivers in Northern Ireland.
