This refund policy has been designed to protect the integrity of the site and ensure fairness to our delivery partners.

Cancelling A Booking With More Than 24 Hours Until Collection

A full refund will be give in these circumstances. You must email office@nexus.delivery with your reference number and request a cancelation and refund.

Cancelling A Booking With Less Than 24 Hours But More Than 12 Hours Until Collection

A partial refund of 50% of the booking fee will be refunded in the case. You must email office@nexus.delivery with your reference to request a cancelation and refund.

Cancelling A Booking With Less Than 12 Hours Until Collection

We are unable to offer refund in this case. This is due to the fact that all arrangements have been made with our delivery partners and 3rd party suppliers to facilitate your express delivery. You can cancel your delivery by email to office@nexus.delivery

Reschedule Your Bookings With More Than 12 Hours Until Collection

All bookings can be rescheduled when there are more than 12 hours until the scheduled collection subject to a fee of 50% of the original booking.

Reschedule Your Bookings With Less Than 12 Hours Until Collection

Any request to reschedule your booking with less than 12 hours until collection will be subject to a fee of 75% of the original booking.
