Transport recruitment with Recru.it

TRANSPORT & LOGISTICS RECRUITMENT

Recru.it is the Nexus recruitment route for transport and logistics employers. It helps you define a genuine vacancy, reach relevant candidates through specialist channels and keep the journey from application to shortlist, interview, offer and hire clear.

Which recruitment areas are in scope?

Recru.it supports operational and customer-facing roles across transport, delivery and logistics. Every advertised vacancy should state the real employer, location, pay, hours, working arrangement and essential requirements.

  • Driving and courier roles: van drivers, delivery drivers, multi-drop drivers, courier drivers, owner drivers and other genuine driving vacancies.
  • Warehouse and delivery support: warehouse operatives, drivers’ mates, porters and associated logistics roles.
  • Transport office and operations: transport administrators, planners, coordinators, call handling and operational support.
  • Customer and growth teams: customer service, sales, recruitment support and suitable Swifteam opportunities.

Live driver and logistics vacancies are published through VanDriver.work jobs. Specialist customer service, sales and support opportunities are signposted through Swifteam careers.

From vacancy brief to hire

  1. Define the vacancy. Confirm the role, location, pay, shift pattern, employment status, licence or vehicle requirements and application deadline.
  2. Publish it accurately. Create a clear, searchable vacancy page that candidates and search engines can understand.
  3. Review applicants consistently. Keep relevant candidate details, CVs, notes and stage changes together for the authorised hiring team.
  4. Progress the right people. Move suitable applicants through shortlist, interview, offer and hire with a visible record of the decision.

For self-employed couriers

Drive It is a paid courier membership and business toolkit, not an employment vacancy. Its network opportunities, eligibility and fees are explained separately so candidates can make an informed choice.

What makes a useful transport job advert?

A useful advert gives candidates enough information to decide whether the work fits before they apply. That normally includes a specific job title, work location or area, pay basis, expected hours, shift pattern, employment or self-employment status, licence category, vehicle arrangements, experience requirements and a closing date where one applies.

Recru.it does not turn an evergreen marketing page into a pretend live job. Job-specific search markup is reserved for genuine, available vacancies with accurate dates and application details.

Transport recruitment questions

What is Recru.it?

Recru.it is the recruitment workflow within the wider Nexus service family. It connects employer vacancy requirements with specialist transport recruitment routes and a clearer applicant journey.

Can Recru.it help with non-driving roles?

Yes. The scope includes warehouse, driver support, transport office, customer service, sales, recruitment and operational support roles as well as genuine driving vacancies.

Where should a candidate upload a CV or licence details?

Only through the application or candidate-profile route identified on VanDriver.work or the secure Nexus app. Do not send driving licences, insurance documents or payment credentials through this marketing page.

Are all pages on the site live vacancies?

No. Career guides and service pages explain types of work; only a vacancy with a current role, employer requirements and application route should be treated as a live job.
