COMPANY STATEMENT | 10 OCTOBER 2026
Banking disruption and customer reassurance
Nexus Delivery Team Ltd
Company 16336562
Nexus Holdings & Investments Ltd
Company 16796148
On 5 October 2026, our bank accounts were closed with immediate effect, without prior warning or notice. This caused significant disruption and a considerable number of issues for our business and those dealing with us. We are working urgently to resolve the resulting difficulties and to support our customers and business partners.
We recognise the concern, uncertainty and inconvenience this situation has caused. We are sorry for the disruption and understand that our customers need clear information, reliable communication and confidence when making payments.
We are also aware that automated banking systems are flagging our accounts as potentially fraudulent. We take these warnings seriously. If you receive such a warning when attempting to pay us, please pause the payment and contact us so that we can help you verify the company, invoice and payment details.
We will provide as much relevant information as possible to help our customers and their banks carry out their checks. This may include our company registration details, confirmation of the relevant account holder and supporting invoice or booking information, supplied through an appropriate secure channel.
We have compiled a public-source report to understand whether confusion with similarly named organisations could be contributing to these issues. Our research identifies other uses of the Nexus name and explains why accurate company identification matters. It does not establish that those reports caused our account closures or the warnings now being reported.
Please contact us before proceeding with a payment you are unsure about.
Telephone: 0113 479 0208
Email: connect@nexus.delivery or office@nexus.delivery
Website: https://nexus.deliveryIndependently check these details on our official website. Quote your invoice or booking reference. Please do not ignore your bank’s warning on the strength of this statement alone.
We are doing all we can to protect our business and yours from fraud, reduce avoidable confusion and resolve the disruption as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience and for helping us keep payments secure.
OUR IDENTITY AND THE CHRONOLOGY
Identify us by company number
We ask customers, suppliers and financial institutions to identify our companies using their full legal names and registration numbers, rather than the word Nexus alone.

Nexus Delivery Team Ltd |

|
Nexus Holdings & Investments Ltd |

Both records show the registered office as 20 Wenlock Road, London, England, N1 7GU. These are separate legal entities: their names must not be used interchangeably when identifying an account holder. Companies House records establish registered particulars; they do not guarantee a transaction or constitute financial-services authorisation. [1-2]

Our account and evidence status |
|
5 October 2026 |
Our management confirms that our bank accounts were closed immediately, without warning or notice. This is our account of the event; it is not a conclusion drawn from the public-source searches. |
|
Current banking warnings |
We are aware of automated warnings flagging our accounts as potentially fraudulent. The specific matching rules, underlying data and reason for each warning have not been independently verified in this report. |
|
10 October 2026 |
We compiled and reviewed the public-source findings summarised here. Similar-name confusion is a possible explanation requiring investigation, not an established cause. |
The bank’s closure correspondence, account-level screening information and any private fraud-prevention records are not reproduced in this report. We are not suggesting that an account closure or a payment warning, by itself, proves fraud or proves that a bank has acted incorrectly.
OUR RESEARCH | SIMILARLY NAMED ORGANISATIONS
Names and details we uncovered
The following are similar-name search results, not evidence of a corporate, financial or operational link to our companies. We found no evidence connecting either of our companies to the reported operations below.
Historic use of “Nexus Delivery”
A Scam Survivors forum post dated 7 May 2019 describes an alleged fake courier using nexus-sceurity.com, parcels@nexus-sceurity.com and security@nexus-sceurity.com. It records a claimed address at The Compass Centre, Nelson Road, Hounslow, TW6 2GW, and telephone +1 470 207 8880. The spelling “sceurity” is reproduced exactly. [3]
This is a historic forum allegation, not a court judgment. It uses a different domain and predates both our companies. It is a potential source of confusion, not evidence that we operated that website.

OUR RESEARCH | EVIDENCE AND LIMITS
Reviews, ratings and bank checks
What we found against our own domain
Our review also found negative and conflicting material attached to nexus.delivery. We are including it openly rather than treating every concern as a case of mistaken identity.
|
Source |
Finding |
|
Trustpilot [4] |
Displayed 3.1/5 from four reviews. Two one-star reviews allege non-delivery or payment without service. Our published replies request identifying details and, in one case, question whether the reviewer used a different Nexus business. A separate reviewer confirms eventual delivery but criticises communication. |
|
Automated assessments [5-7] |
Scam Detector displayed 18.3/100. ScamAdviser’s narrative described the site as likely legitimate, with an old scan and inconsistent numeric display. The opened Gridinsoft page showed 64/100 and no external-provider warnings; its scan metadata was dated. |
These are customer allegations and automated assessments, not official findings of fraud. Our research does not independently prove that disputed reviewers used another company. Genuine concerns should be investigated against the relevant booking and payment records.
Other courier-domain searches returned automated warnings for nexuscourierservice.online, nexusfreight-logistics.online and nexusexpresslogistics.com. We did not establish their UK ownership or any connection to us. [16-18]
Could a banking system confuse the names?
The FCA recognises that name-screening systems can generate false positives. Its guidance also describes banks reviewing adverse media and using fuzzy name matching. These establish that mistaken matches are possible; they do not establish a mistaken match in our case. [14-15]
Confirmation of Payee is a separate check. Pay.UK explains that a business payment should use the registered business name or a trading name registered to that account. A correct name match does not guarantee that other bank fraud checks will approve a payment. [19]
Our conclusion: the shared Nexus name warrants careful identification and, where necessary, manual review. We have not established that any of the reports listed caused the closures or warnings. We found no official fraud finding against either exact company in the public sources reviewed; that is a limited research finding, not a bank clearance or guarantee.
OUR OFFICIAL RESPONSE | CUSTOMER GUIDANCE
Help us verify every concern
Protecting our customers, business partners and our own business from fraud is a priority. We are working urgently to resolve the banking disruption and will provide as much relevant supporting information as possible to assist verification.
If your bank displays a warning
1. Pause the payment. Do not ignore a warning, repeatedly retry a blocked transfer, or change the payment description or account solely to get around a bank’s checks.
2. Contact us independently. Open nexus.delivery yourself and check the published contact details. Call 0113 479 0208, or email connect@nexus.delivery or office@nexus.delivery. Do not rely only on a number or link in a message announcing changed bank details.
3. Give us the relevant reference. Tell us the invoice or booking number, the date and wording of the warning, and which bank displayed it. A screenshot can help, but conceal unrelated transactions and sensitive account information. Never send passwords, PINs or one-time security codes.
4. Verify the exact legal entity and beneficiary. We will help clarify which company issued the invoice and the corresponding payment instructions. Please do not assume that Nexus Delivery Team Ltd and Nexus Holdings & Investments Ltd are interchangeable account holders.
5. Complete your bank’s checks. We will provide relevant information through an appropriate channel to support your bank’s assessment. Do not proceed until you are satisfied that the details are genuine and any restriction has been resolved with your bank. If a payment has already been sent and you suspect fraud, contact your bank immediately as well as notifying us.
Our commitments
We will take payment concerns seriously, explain our company identity clearly and assist with relevant registration, account-holder, invoice and booking information. We will seek clarification of potential identity errors through the appropriate banking channels and request correction where an error is established.
We will review the consistency of our payment instructions and customer communications, support evidence-based investigation of complaints and help customers distinguish our official details from unrelated uses of the Nexus name. We cannot guarantee that all fraud will be prevented or that a bank will remove a warning, but we are doing all we can to reduce the risk and address problems promptly.

Recruitment scam: unauthorised driver job adverts
We are aware of a recruitment scam involving driver job adverts using the name Nexus Delivery in locations throughout the country. These adverts ask applicants for private information, including bank details, address history and identification documents. They are not authorised by us.
We have received several calls from police in multiple jurisdictions and have complied with all requests received. Our telephone number was published in the adverts. We have contacted all job boards and advertising sites carrying the adverts that we are aware of and requested their removal.
The inclusion of our name or telephone number does not prove that an advert is genuine. Before sharing personal information, please contact us using details independently checked on nexus.delivery so we can verify whether the vacancy and recruiter are authorised.
If you have responded to a suspicious advert, stop sharing information and retain the advert, messages and contact details. Contact us to report it. If you have disclosed banking details or suspect money has been taken, contact your bank promptly. Never share passwords, PINs or one-time banking codes.
This account of the recruitment scam and police enquiries is provided by our management. It does not establish any connection between the adverts and our bank account closures or payment warnings.
Explore the search behind our research
For transparency, customers can view the Google search for “nexus delivery jobs scam”. This search link was supplied by our management as part of our research material.
Search results change and may differ by location or user. They can include our genuine recruitment pages, unrelated businesses, reviews and automated website ratings. The search link is not itself proof of a fraudulent advert, a police finding or the reason for a banking decision. Our account of the unauthorised adverts and police enquiries remains a statement from management; specific advert copies and police correspondence are not reproduced here.
Cryptocurrency clarification and additional research
Update: 10 October 2026. Nexus Delivery Team Ltd (16336562) and Nexus Holdings & Investments Ltd (16796148) are not involved in cryptocurrency in any way. We do not offer cryptocurrency investments, trading, exchange or recovery services. Any suggestion that our companies conduct such activities is incorrect.
Our management reports that an email from our bank raised potential involvement in cryptocurrency. We dispute that suggestion. This is our account of the correspondence; the bank email is not reproduced in this public report. We have not established what information prompted the concern, whether a similar-name match was involved, or whether the search results below played any part in the bank’s decision.
What the additional search found
We extended our research using the search “nexus crypto scam”. The following sources concern other uses of the Nexus name. They are not findings against our companies, and the sources reviewed do not establish a connection to us.
- Nexus Equity / nexusequity.com: An indexed Reddit post dated 6 October 2026 alleges withdrawal difficulties and a demand for an additional cryptocurrency payment before withdrawal. This is an individual’s allegation, not a verified regulatory or court finding. Its publication date is after our 5 October account closures, so it does not establish what information was available to the bank beforehand. View the forum report.
- nexus-ico.net: An indexed Reddit discussion dated 5 May 2025 raises concerns about a purported crypto business using this domain. These are forum allegations; we have not independently verified the transactions or identified its operators. View the discussion.
- nexuscrypto.app: ScamAdviser displays a cautionary automated assessment, reports detecting cryptocurrency-related services and notes that its scan is more than 30 days old. This is an automated website assessment, not an official finding of fraud. View the assessment.
Research checked on 10 October 2026. The forum summaries above were available through indexed search results; the complete Reddit pages could not be retrieved during this review. Google’s results vary over time and by user, and the supplied results page could not be retrieved directly. The search link is provided for transparency, not as proof. No single reference to “Nexus” identifies a particular legal entity.
Our response and customer verification
We will seek clarification of the bank’s concern, provide relevant information about our actual business activities and request correction of any established error. We ask customers and financial institutions to check our full legal names, company numbers and official domain rather than rely on the shared Nexus name.
If anyone approaches you claiming to offer cryptocurrency services on our behalf, please contact us before sharing information or sending money. Independently verify our details at nexus.delivery, call 0113 479 0208, or email office@nexus.delivery. Continue to follow your bank’s verification checks.
Crypto Legal listings: distinguishing our companies
Nexus Delivery Team Ltd (company 16336562) and Nexus Holdings & Investments Ltd (company 16796148) are not involved in cryptocurrency. The similar-name listings below must not be presented as listings of our companies.
Our additional review on 10 October 2026 found the following names in search-indexed content from Crypto Legal’s separate List of Unlawfully Operating Companies:
- Nexus Capital Management Limited
- NEXUS FINANCIAL FX
- Nexus Futures
- Nexus IFA (Clone of FCA Authorised Firm)
- Nexus Ventures
- NEXUSFX Market
- NEXUSXCHANGE
The indexed content for its List of Reported Scam Companies also included Hoffman Stein Nexus App. These are the names as listed by that publisher; this report does not independently establish wrongdoing by each named operation.
We did not find either of our exact company names or nexus.delivery in the indexed material checked. This is a limited search finding, not a comprehensive clearance: the live page blocked direct retrieval, and search-indexed content may be incomplete or out of date.
Crypto Legal’s disclaimer explains that inclusion in its listings does not itself constitute a judicial determination, regulatory finding or legal conclusion. The listings reviewed do not establish a connection to our companies, and we have no evidence that the bank relied on these particular listings.
We ask anyone reviewing our business to use our full legal names, company numbers and official website, nexus.delivery, rather than the word Nexus alone. Please contact office@nexus.delivery or 0113 479 0208 if you need help verifying our identity.
